Our "hands-on" knowledge of our buildings and tenants enables us to pre-empt and resolve day-to-day problems such as tenant management issues, timeous rental collections, arrears, legal issues, tenant renewals and new tenant leasing. Our building maintenance reporting functions are undertaken by dedicated in-house staff who regularly visit our buildings to check ongoing maintenance issues such as waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, gardens, general repairs, building cleanliness and security. Our building maintenance managers report directly to our portfolio managers who will liaise further with building owners to decide on the appropriate best value maintenance solutions - be it either our own in-house/outsourced contractors, or the landlord's preferred maintenance service providers. Tenant installations are project managed by our portfolio managers as a value-added service to our landlords, with our direct involvement in the relevant specifications and costing, as well as the on-site project management issues. We offer a tailor-made property management service to our clients, which can range from purely administrative, right through to full function project management and asset management as required.
